1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eSIM data plans under the following conditions:

  1. Unused and Unactivated eSIMs:

    • Returns are accepted for eSIMs that have not been activated or used.
    • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.
  2. Activated eSIMs:

    • Returns are accepted for activated eSIMs only if there are clear technical issues with the data connection or service.
    • Customers must provide evidence of the issue, such as error messages or device diagnostics, for our review and troubleshooting process.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email Help@bliskt.com within 30 days of purchase.
    • Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Verification:

    • For unused eSIMs, our team will confirm that the eSIM has not been activated.
    • For activated eSIMs, you may be required to provide screenshots, device details, or additional information to diagnose the issue.
  3. Approval:

    • Once the return is approved, you will receive confirmation.
    • If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Activated eSIMs without verified technical issues.
    • Returns requested beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
    • Issues caused by customer error, such as incorrect device compatibility or unsupported networks.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare or exceptional circumstances, Blikst reserves the right to assess and resolve return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
